Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was merely an employee of the firm in question and worked under the instructions of co-ordinator Pramod Tiwary.

Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

Petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S.
