The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction or order/orders commanding the respondents to absorb the petitioner w.e.f. the first date of appointment on 14.11.91 with all consequential benefits and further to place the petitioner in the scale of Rs.

4000-6000 as Assistant instead of Rs.

3050-4590(Routine Clerk)."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.20418 of 2010 (7) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 2, The Vice Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
