Petitioner is said to have given lathi blow over Tetri Devi. As per injury report, doctor had found single lacerated wound on left temporal area 3⁄4" x 1/10" caused by hard and blunt substance, simple in nature.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail, which the learned lower Court will favourably consider in light of nature of injury as disclosed above.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
