The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the informant. The informant alleged that when he brought jewellery for his marriage Sachida Nand Choudhary, elder brother of the informant, begun to abuse him and pierced knife in his abdomen. The petitioner happens to be wife of Sachida Nand Choudhary and she is alleged to have threatened the informant not to lodge the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact and petitioner is not the assailant of the informant and she is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30044 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
