2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have repeatedly assaulted informant by means of knife and also looted cash from informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. As a matter of fact, informant bought wheat, paddy and other cereal worth Rs. 98,000/- from petitioner and when petitioner demanded his money, informant refused to give the same, due to

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent of petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. case No. 245 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
