Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Co-accused-Manoj Kumar Singh sustained injury of bomb blast. Local Chaukidar is informant of this case. Manoj Kumar Singh reported to the informant that at the instance of this petitioner and others, he was making a bomb, which blasted.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.12.2017. There is no other material against the petitioner in the case diary.

No.35382 of 2018 (3) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid especially conclusion of the investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur Police Station Case No.110 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
