2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted with a piece of bamboo on the head of the informant due to which he received bleeding injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case and in that case the accused party has also received injuries. There is no repetition of blow. There is case and

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the nature of injury which has been caused by the petitioner is found to be grievous.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Riga P.S. Case no. 33 of 2025, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
