In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420/467/468/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the police had recovered 13 ATM Cards from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 4.4.2016.
