Counsel for the State and the Bihar Public Service commission (for short 'the Commission') are present. The petitioners herein call in question the order dated 09.11.2010 passed by the Respondent-Commission rejecting their

Patna High Court CWJC No.19163 of 2010 (5) dt.15-01-2015 2 / 2 candidature(s) for the post(s) advertised vide Advertisement No. 02 of 2009.

On perusal of the order it appears that the Respondent-Commission found the petitioners lacking in the requisite experience on the cut-off date.

It has been submitted that several writ applications raising the same grievance have been considered and rejected by this Court. A web copy of the order dated 01.05.2012 passed in CWJC No. 962 of 2011 has been handed in by the counsel for the Commission which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. It has been submitted that the writ application does not merit to be allowed. In fact, the same has now become infructuous.

On going through the pleadings and the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 962 of 2011, this Court is satisfied that the present writ petition also merits to be dismissed. I order accordingly.
