JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 15-02-2025 In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 04th May 2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 135 of 2022 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Buxar.

2. It is needless to say that a writ petition challenging the legality and propriety of the order is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution; however, this Court has the inherent power to consider the question as to whether the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1173 of 2024(3) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 impugned order is an abuse of the process of the Court under Section 482 of the CrPC.
