JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the hand bag of one Manisha the relative of the informant. The First Information Report was registered against two unknown persons. Subsequently the petitioner and one Vivek Kumar approached the informant and made apology.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has subsequently retracted from the fact that petitioner was involved in the present occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31386 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
