This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 65(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing rape with two female members of the same family. He is in custody since 15.03.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
