The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 02.03.2018 at about 9:00 A.M. he was passing through the market then three F.I.R. named accused without any rhyme and reason surrounded him and Md. Parwej Alam @ Guddu and Monas Rahmani caught hold him and and Sindbad (petitioner) assaulted him by sharp cutting weapon.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence and as per

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35239 of 2018(4) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 injury report the same has been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case. The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2018.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the present case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.160 of 2018.
