Petitioner is said to have indulged in affray after being drunk and for that, is under custody since 16.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Yogi Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Excise (Madhusudanpur) Case No.367 of 2016.
