The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation of kidnapping of his minor daughter against the petitioner. The victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed her age to be 16 years. The victim disclosed that on the pretext of marriage the petitioner took her and established physical relationship, but refused to marry with her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
