The petitioners are accused in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have committed no offence. The petitioners are living separately since long and have got no criminal history also they are in custody since 18.07.2016. The similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34065 of 2015 by order dated 20.08.2015. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record,
