On account of absence of petitioners, their bail bonds were cancelled on 11.06.2014, their appearance has been procured on 27.09.2016. Accordingly, petitioners, Malhu Singh @ Kapildeo Singh and Jatahu Singh are directed to be released on bail on depositing cash surety of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each which would be subject to forfeiture in case of recurrence of such activity at their end, otherwise the aforesaid amount will be returned to the respective petitioners after conclusion of the trial on due identification to the satisfaction of Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P. S. Case No.92 of 2000.
