The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 377 of 2017 (G.R. No. 2458 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Considering the allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from date of receipt of
