Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 38(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from a vehicle. The petitioners were there. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 29.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3409 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naugachia Police Station Case No.232 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
