Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police along with SAP Constables had gone to arrest the named persons, rather arrested them. To get their forceful release, the petitioner and others allegedly assaulted to the police, especially, to the informant with lathi etc. and damaged the police jeep. Petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
