2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2023 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5.Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6.The alleged victim has given statement under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41521 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that due to torture made on her by her mother and her brother, she left the house and went away with the petitioner and got married to him.

7.In these circumstances, this application is allowed. 8.Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 306 of 2022.
