2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2022 arising out of Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 lodged under Section 370 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 75/79 of the Juvenile Justice Act and Section 14 of Child & Adolescent Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19450 of 2022 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months of the framing of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41151 of 2023(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 charge. He further submits that charge has been framed in this case on 09.11.2022 and six months has already been lapsed.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that six months has lapsed after framing of charge.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2022 arising out of Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
