The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(I) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation 18.800 liters country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 10.3.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
