2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 8.4 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady and without her knowledge the motorcycle was being used by brother of the petitioner for illegal purpose. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her

No.42789 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.
