The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that C.S.P centre of the informant was robbed by two unknown miscreants and cash, ATM Card, Pan Card, Aadhr Card etc were taken away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. The petitioner has still not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner has been remanded in this case from Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.03.2023.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023.
