The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the TET certificate of the petitioner was found forged.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has been terminated from the service by the concern department on 23.11.2020. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40640 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 246 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
