ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other section of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was open firing between two groups but there is no casualty or any injury on either side. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and there is no specific role attributed to these petitioners.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30010 of 2015 (6) dt.27-10-2015 P2/2 the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 105/2005 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
