Her husband Filip Tudu was granted anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22216 of 2016, vide order dated 22.11.2016 and the petitioner was directed to make payment of Rs. 10,000/- per month to the petitioner.

The present miscellaneous appeal has been filed to enhance the amount granted to the petitioner. It has been brought to notice of this Court that the entire arrear has been paid to the petitioner. The enhancement of the amount is not possible, as the matter has become functus officio. The petitioner may take recourse of legal provision for
