2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahauliya P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 74/64(1) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.

4. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and the victim appears to be major. The petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38838 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Rape POCSO Act, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025.
