Diary of the present case has also been received. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Having perused the materials on record and on consideration of the First Information Report it appears that there is statement that while enjoying the dance programme, many of the villagers and some of the accused persons had fired indiscriminately, whereupon the brother-in-law of the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31760 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 sustained injury on his chest. Furthermore, there is no other cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
