The petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016, registered under Sections 365, 302, 201, 120(B), 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I. T. Act, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6042 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35294 of 2017 (4) dt.13-12-2017 of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
