The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 130/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 400, 401, 201 and 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any money from conscious possession of petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting confidential information that the petitioner, who is wanted in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 112/2019, has visited at his maternal house at Mohania, the police party reached there and arrested this petitioner. Thereafter the police recorded the confessional

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid money. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 130/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
