This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged, when the informant found her husband aged about 75 years dead in the field side. Suspicion is that for the land dispute the family of the petitioner has committed murder.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion and she is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, or successor Court.
