The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners and others assaulted the son, nephew and other family members of the informant since the son of the informant wrote some letters to the girl of the accused side. The injury of the son of the informant has been found to be grievous and injury of others have been found to be simple.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36382 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that both the injured Deepak and Vikash were dragged, tied with the pillars and thereafter assault was made, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
