JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act.
It is contended that allegedly 80 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.4 of 2016.
