Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named with allegation that they pressed the testicle of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence but the postmortem report of the deceased does not corroborate the aforesaid allegation. Moreover, petitioners being women are languishing in jail custody since 21-04-2016. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the present occurrence appears to have taken
