This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the course of occurrence of assault the petitioner allegedly caused injury with bhala (spear) at the stomach of the informant. The doctor has found penetrating wound over the right side of the abdomen below last rib 1" x 1/2". The injury was grievous in nature.

Considering the nature of allegation and submission of the petitioner that there is no allegation of repetition of blow by the petitioner, above named, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, or successor Court after completion of seven months in custody.
