In the present writ petition, petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant revised pay scale of Rs.4000-6000. Petitioners have been appointed on compassionate
Patna High Court CWJC No.6181 of 2011 (7) dt.26-02-2016 ground and at the entry point they were treated as lower division clerk. Now claim of the petitioners is that those who have been appointed later on they were given pay scale of upper division clerk.
This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case as petitioners have already filed a representation before the Collector Lakhisarai.
In this view of the matter, the Collector, Lakhisarai will examine the case of the petitioners and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
