The application seeks modification in the order dated18.04.2014 passed in CWJC No. 191 of 2013, on perusal whereof it appears that the writ application was disposed of noting that the matter can be agitated before the Tribunal after seeking condonation of delay.

Mr. Vikram Singh counsel for the petitioner contended that the Tribunal received the application but did not pass any order on the ground that the Tribunal is constituted for the city of Patna only. He therefore sought modification in the

Patna High Court MJC No.3573 of 2014 (7) dt.06-05-2015 2 / 2 order.

A show cause on behalf of the opposite parties affirmed by the Under Secretary, Urban Development Department, Govt. of Bihar has been filed enclosing therewith the notification dated 17.04.2015 on perusal whereof it appears that the two benches of the Tribunal have been conferred the jurisdiction to consider the appeal against the order passed by the authorities in the State of Bihar. The jurisdiction of the two benches of the Tribunal has also been defined therein. In view of aforesaid, the application seeking modification merits to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed.
