It is serious case of murder and in the first information report, it has been mentioned that one witness had seen the petitioners fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Therefore, in my view, it is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with Piro P.S. case no. 73/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
