JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased who died within three years of her marriage. The informant claims that the deceased was done to death by her inlaws and husband due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand of dowry but submission on behalf of petitioners is that the deceased died of her ailment and after cremation of dead body of the deceased, the informant lodged this case. The investigation against petitioners, has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38671 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daraunda P.S.
