The petitioners apprehend theit arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that there is specific accusation against these petitioners of assaulting the son of the informant and as per injury report, six injuries are caused to him, out of which, three have been found to be grievous in nature.

In view of aforesaid fact, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
