The writ application being CWJC No. 19360 of 2001 was disposed of whereby the authority was directed to consider the admissibility of the claim for payment of salary for certain period(s).

In the supplementary show cause, it has been stated that for major part of the period the dues have been cleared and paid to the petitioner. For remaining part the matter is under consideration.
