The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 34 of the Arms Act, 1959. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in regard to the same incident there are to F.I.Rs. registered, one by another person bearing Ghosi P.S. Case No. 483 of 2020 and the present F.I.R. registered bearing Ghosi P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 and there are many differences of facts between the parties therefore the story of the prosecution can not be believed. I have considered the submissions.

The version of the incident as mentioned by the concerned informant in the two F.I.Rs. may be slightly different however the fact remains that there are injury caused by fire

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51001 of 2021(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 arms on the injured and the petitioners have been named in both the F.I.Rs., in view thereof I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
