JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the fact that this is a case triable by the magistrate and considering the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be
