2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his head by means of Garasa, due to which he sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is land dispute between them. The defense side has also lodged a case against the informant side. He has also

No.46115 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 submitted that the injuries on the head of the informant are found to be lacerated and caused by hard and blunt substance, which does not corroborate the allegation levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 13.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
