Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Deepak Kumar is that they removed a new born male child from Hospital for the reason that to the sister of Deepak Kumar, there was no male issue. The petitioner was identified on the basis of CCTV footage. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2017 and he has got no criminal antecedent. The child has already been recovered. Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
