The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 21.9.2011 passed in CWJC No. 16351 of 2011. By the said order the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent no. 2. Thereafter, the respondent no. 2 was required to examine the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
In this case a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, wherein, it has been indicated that the
Patna High Court MJC No.3184 of 2014 (3) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 representation of the petitioner was considered by the opposite party no. 2 and by a reasoned order claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide Annexure - 'A' to the show cause. The court is of the opinion that since in compliance with the order of the writ court a reasoned order has already been passed, no positive order can be passed in the present petition. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order contained in Annexure - 'A' to the show cause, she would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
The petition stands disposed of.
