2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 26.10.2021 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in Criminal Revision No. 147 of 2021 and also for quashing of order dated 24.04.2020 passed by learned J.M, East Champaran at Motihari in Cr. Complaint (P) Sadar Inquiry No. 138 of 2020.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was taking bribe during investigation.

4. In view of above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order passed by learned Magistrate and accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
