On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner and during course of search 100 litres of "Kachcha Sharab" was found which was destroyed while 10 litres of country made wine was found and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.07.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition. Further, it is apparent from the seizure list that petitioner's presence is found completely lacking. Accordingly, petitioner, Shambhu Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Chiraiya PS Case No. 139/2016.
